Natalie Hardy

Natalie serves as the Operations and Development Coordinator at Tennesseans for Student Success. Prior to TSS, she worked at her family’s heavy machinery business, where she honed her project coordination, relationship management, and process improvement skills. Homeschooled throughout K-12, she developed a passion for education and a drive to help other students succeed. Natalie holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Colorado State University Global and an associate’s degree from Volunteer State Community College. As a Nashville native, Natalie enjoys spending time outdoors, volunteering within her community, and connecting with friends.
