We’re excited to spend the next few months together reading lots of books, logging lots of reading hours, and using our reading superpowers. Each week, we’ll be in your inbox sharing our weekly #TristarReadsWithUs video and making sure you don’t forget to log your weekly reading time.

We hope you love this summer of reading. Happy Reading!

You Can Be a Superhero Too!

Across the Volunteer State, participating students will read for at least 20 minutes a day during the summer break. The program runs from May 1, 2019 through September 7, 2019 and is open to all Tennessee students in kindergarten through 12th grade.

Three $1,000 scholarships will be awarded to the students –one elementary school student (K – 5th grade), one middle school student (6th – 8th grade), and one high school student (9th – 12th grade)– who read and log the most hours over the course of the summer.

If you haven’t registered yet to be a Superhero with Tristar Reads this summer, be sure toregister online and get to reading!
#TristarReadsWithUs

Each week, we will share a video of a Superhero sharing a video of them reading with us.

This week, we’re excited to share a video from Wonder Woman (aka our very own Nicolle Moore). She discusses how we all have every day superheroes right here in our communities! Watch now!

Throughout the summer, we will be offering different Superhero Challenges each week– some may include additional prizes.
